Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. You keep your own WhatsApp. RentalHub writes the message with the booking link and you send it as usual.
How do I get paid?
Through Asaas, a Brazilian payment provider, into an account in your company’s name: PIX and card payments land there directly and RentalHub never touches the money. Manual PIX with a receipt also works.
How long does setup take?
With your details at hand (locations, car groups, team and Asaas account), setup takes under 30 minutes and we do it with you.
What happens after the 60 days?
You pick the plan that fits your operation and keep using it as usual.
Do I need a credit card for the pilot?
No. The 60-day pilot is free and we do not ask for a card. If you decide to continue, the monthly fee arrives as an invoice in the portal and you pay by PIX, boleto or card, whichever you prefer.
What if I go over my plan’s booking limit?
We let you know and nothing is blocked: bookings keep coming in as usual. If it makes sense to switch plans, the change applies from the next invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in and no fee: just give us 30 days’ notice. The monthly fee for a period that has already started is not refunded.
What about my customers’ data?
It is kept separate for each rental company, with terms that are accepted and recorded, a privacy notice, and export and anonymization tools to comply with Brazil’s LGPD.
Is the dashboard in English?
Not yet. The dashboard and the booking page are in Portuguese; the booking page is made for Brazilian travelers. If your team does not read Portuguese, talk to us before you start.
Does it work outside Orlando?
Yes, for rental companies anywhere in the US. Toll import already reads Florida statements (SunPass, E-PASS and Toll-By-Plate).
